Hi, I’m Ashley Huntington, a Realtor with The Newcomer Group, proudly serving Jacksonville and the surrounding Northeast Florida communities.

Originally from Northern California, I made Jacksonville home in 2017 when I committed to building my real estate career full-time. Since then, I’ve focused on helping buyers and sellers move confidently toward their next chapter with clear communication, strong strategy, and a steady, supportive approach.

My background in new home construction gave me a deep understanding of contracts, design, and the details that make a property truly stand out. Today, I specialize in residential, luxury, and waterfront homes, where I bring a sharp eye for presentation, skilled negotiation, and a client-first mindset to every transaction. Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom and softball coach who loves spending time on the field with my daughter’s team and cheering on my son at baseball games.
