With a background as a financial advisor, real estate investor, and developer, Brett brings a strategic, data-driven approach to buying and selling real estate throughout Jacksonville and the Beaches communities. Together with his wife, Ally, Brett co-founded Senses Development & Design, a boutique interior design and renovation firm known for bringing a refined, modern minimalist aesthetic to the Jacksonville Beaches. His hands-on experience with renovations, design, and property investment gives his clients a unique advantage, whether they’re searching for a luxury coastal residence, evaluating a fixer-upper or investment opportunity, or preparing a home for market with improvements designed to maximize its value.
