Steven’s approach to real estate operations is rooted in a career spent solving complex problems inside large organizations. Prior to joining The Newcomer Group, he worked as a Product Manager at Nissan North America, where he led cross-functional teams developing advanced technology solutions and next-generation mobility systems. There, he helped design and implement scalable solutions by identifying root problems, building the right systems to solve them, and continuously improving them over time.
That same mindset now drives his work at The Newcomer Group.
Steven focuses on building the technological and operational infrastructure that powers the team’s success—from agent onboarding systems and lead management processes to AI-driven productivity tools and data insights that help agents operate more effectively in today’s competitive market.
His mission is simple: remove friction from the business so agents can focus on what they do best—serving clients and closing deals.
Steven is also a proud U.S. Army Veteran, bringing the same discipline, leadership, and commitment to excellence into his work that defined his military service.
