How strong is the luxury market here in St. Augustine Florida?
We just closed on a $4.2 million listing – the fourth-highest sale ever to be recorded on Anastasia island, and I learned a lot of things.
I showed this house 15 times. Of those 15 buyers, 10 of those buyers shared proof of funds in excess of 10 million dollars. 15 showings, one person got it. That means there are 14 – at least 14 – high-end buyers that are in a position to purchase a property for four million dollars. Plus, I would say this strip of coastline right here on Anastasia Island is some of the most undervalued real estate on the entire east coast.
We’re gonna see a lot more high-end transactions in the coming months and coming years.
There are a lot of buyers out there, very well pre-approved and heavily funded, and they’re just waiting for that perfect home.
