Buyers are Still Waiting

The Newcomer Group just listed two properties last week. Tayler McInturff listed a home, and I personally listed a home. We happened to list those two properties on the same day, and on that day alone we received 20 offers for just those two properties. So in just one day, the market has two fewer homes and there are still 18 buyers looking for that same type of home.
So if you have a home valued between $300,000 and $700,000, I know of at least 18 buyers that are willing to pay over the asking price for it.
