Today’s Tip of the Day is:

Learn what the inspection period is on a contract.

Often, the inspection period starts when you execute a contract. Traditionally, at least in our market, we’re see 10-15 days on that Inspection Period.

This gives you an opportunity to literally do all of your due diligence:

  • Home Inspection

  • Get Insurance Quotes

  • Figure Out What’s Going on With the HOA
During the inspection period, take that time to learn everything you want to know about the house. That is your window to do your due diligence, it’s an inspection period, and you go within the time frame you have within the contract. That’s your tip for the day!
